Velvo Analytics by Velvoshopping d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our application ("App") and related services. Velvo Analytics integrates with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) to provide analytics and inventory insights to authorized Amazon sellers.

2. Information We Collect

We apply strict data-minimization practices and collect only the information necessary to operate the App:

• Amazon Account Identifiers: The Selling Partner ID and associated authorized email address used to connect your account.
• Amazon Business Data: Limited, non-PII operational data (e.g., inventory quantities, SKU performance, pricing, and sales metrics) retrieved through the SP-API to provide analytics.
• Technical & Usage Information: Device type, browser, and anonymized usage data for performance optimization.

We do not collect or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as customer names, addresses, payment information, or contact details.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the App's analytics and reporting features.
• Identify and authenticate the authorized seller's account.
• Improve the App's reliability and performance.
• Comply with Amazon's policies and applicable legal requirements.

No personal or customer data is ever used for marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data. Limited information may be shared only with:

• Service Providers: Infrastructure or analytics providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Amazon Selling Partner data is never shared with other sellers or third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We store only the minimal account identifiers and necessary analytics data for as long as the seller's authorization remains active. When access is revoked or an account is deleted, all Amazon data and identifiers are automatically purged within 30 days.

6. Data Security

All Amazon data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to operational data is restricted based on job responsibilities and secured by authentication and logging controls.

7. Your Rights

• You may revoke our access to your Amazon account at any time via Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.
